CANDLE MEDITATION PRACTICE

Today take out a candle, put on some nice meditation music (with no words, youtube is great for this) set a timer on your phone for 10 minutes and then sit and watch the flame, breathe and relax. If your mind wanders bring it back to focusing on the flame. Imagine the flame is the fire in your soul relighting and burning bright.
