Hey lovely, here you'll find access to my Emotional Freedom Technique also known as Tapping for emotional eating. This tapping process is combined with some other techniques I know to create amazing results.
Be prepared to use it as often as you need to to really release the emotional charge. Some women use it once and it does the trick, others a few times, so do whatever is necessary.
You can also use this for releasing any emotion, anger, sadness, fear, guilt or any belief you're running such as 'I'm not good enough'. So put it into practice.
I've given you a cheat sheet to help with the EFT points and to guide you through the process. You can watch the video and take notes or you can simply follow along and let it guide you through the process.
