I know what you’re thinking, I've tried before and it didn't work. Oh, I know the feeling, I tried so many times with dieting, restriction and excessive exercise and I never got anywhere, not long term but then I discovered the missing piece of the puzzle, my mindset.

You see I had no idea that emotional eating and my weight loss battles were happening in my mind (No I don't mean you're imagining it) But your mind is firing triggers and emotions that create the behaviours and habits. Once I connected these dots and started to work on the emotions that were making me want to eat when I wasn't hungry, the emotional eating stopped...AMAZING!

Ever since doing this, the weight dropped off, my confidence came back and I feel amazing, and the best bit is, I’ve stayed the same ever since.

What I’ve learned from my years of working on me is that taking care of your mind is THE most important thing you can do. When you can learn to master your emotions, and those sabotaging thoughts, then you can do anything.

When you stop trying to fill your life up with all the external distractions; food, alcohol, social media, binge watching tv, shopping and instead actually look at why you’re needing those things in your life to make you feel happy, you’ll start to uncover a really powerful secret.

To be truly whole, healed and happy you HAVE to do the inner work, you have to address the root of why you’re using food, what void you’re trying to fill. When you can identify this and resolve it internally, not only will you stop eating emotionally and lose weight, but your whole life will change for the positive.

Before the program I was hungry all of the time, I’d tried every diet out there and had a weight problem for 20 years that I just couldn’t seem to solve. Who Am I?

I tried every diet out there, I cut out carbs, cut out fat, restricted my calories, lived on crackers, went on hunger strikes, did body wraps, took weight loss pills, slimming shakes, went to bootcamps, joined the gym, bought workout DVD's and none of it would work for me long term.
