This section is where you will find all your state change tools. More will be added throughout the program.
What is state change all about? It's about having tools on hand to change how you're feeling quickly and easily in a moment so that you can intercept the urge to want to eat. When you change how you feel you can change the behaviour.
Put them into practice, try out which ones you like best and what works for you most effectively. Remember to rate the emotion you're experiencing before you do the process out of 10, 10 being the highest, 0 the lowest. This will be your marker to help track whether the emotion has decreased.
